John left corporate life in 2006 to purchase a well-established SME - Nuralite Waterproofing Limited. Since then, Nuralite has grown 10 times to become a leading supplier of waterproofing membranes in New Zealand - employing a team of 30 people.In 2020 Nuralite became the first construction products supplier to be certified net carbon zero. John is passionate about green infrastructure and has been involved in green roofs for over 15 years.
