Jon is Co-Founder of Design for Nature and Director at The Urbanist. He is passionate about systems thinking and the power of business to make positive change. Jon has a Post Graduate Diploma in Business from the University of Auckland and has utilised his understanding of complex systems, change management and strategic thinking to deliver significant improvements in the high-tech manufacturing industry, establishing key business drivers, and changing operational and management processes to deliver on those drivers. He is now utilising these skills in the nature-based solutions sector.
