This project entailed building three flat-roofed luxurious apartments situated on a prominent location overlooking Lake Hayes. The apartments involved incorporating several building systems including our waterproofing and tanking systems for large-scale flat roof surfaces, many of which are for green roofs.

One of the key challenges of this project was managing the logistics required for such a large building within a small and rocky site fronting Lake Hayes.

It was a successful application using our Nuraply 3PM over base sheet on the main roof, Nuraply 3PM over Outright Continuous Insulation’s tapered Enertherm PIR insulation boards on the terrace and Nuraply 3PG over tapered PIR insulation on the green roofs.
