Para Kore ki Tāmaki

Para Kore ki Tāmaki supports Māori communities on their zero waste journeys. Para Kore ki Tāmaki originated with Ngāti Whātua o Ōrākei and Richelle Kahui-Mcconnell. It is currently delivered by Uru Whakaaro across Tāmaki Makaurau, funded by Auckland Council. Through education and on the ground practical support we hope to empower Māori communities to take action on waste. We work with marae, kura, festivals, events and welcome collaboration from across all communities.
